What You'll Do</b></h2><p>
As our Talent Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of the recruiting process&mdash;supporting candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and helping deliver a five-star experience from application through onboarding.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Recruitment &amp; Candidate Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.</li><li>
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.</li><li>
Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.</li><li>
Prepare offer letters and support the offer process.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Organization &amp; Administration</b></h3><ul><li>
Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruiting pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>
Prepare interview materials and support hiring managers throughout the process.</li><li>
Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and legal requirements.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Onboarding &amp; Employer Branding</b></h3><ul><li>
Partner with HR, Learning &amp; Development, and leaders to provide an exceptional onboarding experience.</li><li>
Help promote The Wellsville Group as an employer of choice through social media, job postings, and employer branding initiatives.</li><li>
Represent our vision, mission, and values in every interaction.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We're Looking For</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education &amp; Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, customer service, or administrative support.</li><li>
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ADP experience is a plus.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp; Strengths</b></h3><ul><li>
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>
