We are committed to providing sustainable mobility solutions across India through innovation and quality manufacturing.Job Description:We are looking for a Billing Assistant (Male) to join our Accounts &amp; Billing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, and managing E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing as per GST requirements.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and issue Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, and Credit/Debit Notes.</li><li>Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices on GST portals.</li><li>Record and maintain daily billing entries in Tally ERP / Accounting Software.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for order processing.</li><li>Verify purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Assist in monthly reconciliation and report generation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST and company accounting policies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>HS/ Graduate (B.Com preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in billing or accounts.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and E-Way Bill &amp; E-Invoicing portals (mandatory).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Saturday</li><li>Location: Baidyabati, Hooghly, West Bengal</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;9,500.00 - &#8377;11,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
