<p><b>ROLE SUMMARY</b></p>
<p>The Planning Manager will lead all project planning and scheduling activities for ABL-KSA, ensuring that project programs are robustly developed, maintained, and reported across the portfolio. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in planning, resource management, to support ABL-KSA's ambitious project delivery targets in the Kingdom.</p>
<p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and control master project schedules and baseline programs for all active projects.</li>
<li>Prepare Level 1 to Level 4 schedules using Primavera P6 and ensure regular updates.</li>
<li>Conduct schedule risk analysis (SRA) and provide mitigation strategies to project teams.</li>
<li>Monitor project progress earned value (EV), and schedule performance index (SPI).</li>
<li>Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to clients and senior management.</li>
<li>Identify critical path activities and recommend corrective actions to recover delays.</li>
<li>Manage Look-Ahead schedules across all project sites.</li>
<li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams.</li>
<li>Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims by providing scheduling evidence and delay analysis.</li>
<li>Develop and mentor junior planning engineers and document controllers.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; CERTIFICATIONS</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.</li>
<li>Professional certification in Planning (PMI-SP, CIOB, or similar) is preferred.</li>
<li>Primavera P6 certification is a strong advantage.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>TECHNICAL SKILLS</b></p>
<ul><li>Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Delay Analysis techniques.</li>
<li>Experience with scheduling on infrastructure, buildings, and civil works projects.</li>
<li>Excellent reporting, presentation, and analytical skills.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</b></p>
<ul><li>Minimum 15 years in project planning/controls, with at least 5 years in KSA/GCC.</li>
<li>Proven experience on mega or large-scale projects (SAR 100M+ value) in Saudi Arabia.</li>
<li>Direct experience managing planning teams of 3+ engineers.</li>
<li>Demonstrable experience in delay analysis and EOT claim support.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel to and work across multiple project sites in KSA.</li>
