The role involves close coordination with customers, suppliers, R&amp;D, and internal teams to ensure sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction.Educational QualificationsB.Tech / M.Tech (Cosmetics)B.PharmB.E. ChemicalB.Sc. ChemistryExperience Requirements3 to 5 years of relevant industry experienceExperience in Personal Care Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, or related chemical sectors is preferredStrong exposure to techno-commercial sales and customer handlingKey Roles &amp; ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and business development for the Personal Care Ingredients product portfolioDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and suppliersIdentify market trends, customer requirements, and new product opportunitiesIntroduce and promote new products based on customer and market demandCoordinate with R&amp;D and commercial teams for product development, trials, and project executionProvide technical support, product recommendations, and application guidance to customersConduct regular customer visits, field visits, and joint callsRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminarsEnsure timely payment follow-ups and coordinate with finance to maintain healthy cash flowPrepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence dataMentor junior team members and support internal training initiativesSkills &amp; CompetenciesStrong technical knowledge of personal care formulations and ingredientsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and customer accounts effectivelyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesWillingness to travel for customer meetings and industry eventsRemunerationCompetitive and in line with industry standardsCommensurate with qualifications and experienceJob Type: Full-time
