Job Title: Civil Quantity Surveyor Location: Oman Industry: Oil &amp; Gas / Construction / InfrastructureJob SummaryBurhan Oil and Trade Services is looking for a Civil Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost control for civil and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have experience in construction projects and a good understanding of contract and commercial management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.</li><li>Review drawings and specifications for tendering and project execution.</li><li>Prepare and evaluate subcontractor quotations.</li><li>Monitor project costs and support cost control activities.</li><li>Prepare progress claims, variations, and payment certificates.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.</li><li>Maintain project records and commercial documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project requirements and company procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction projects.</li><li>Experience in Oman and PDO projects is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying practices.</li><li>Good communication and analytical skills.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Company-sponsored visa and medical insurance.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their CV to hr@asiasolutions.net with the subject line:Pay: RO400.000 - RO600.000 per monthWork Location: In person
