As a Pharmacist, you would collaborate closely with the Head of the Department and doctors to ensure that the right quality drugs are always available from reliable sources. You will play a crucial role in dispensing and distributing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the pharmacy's cleanliness and organization. 
 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Medication Management &amp; Dispensing<ul><li>
Collaborate with doctors and the pharmacy team to ensure timely availability of medications.</li><li>
Dispense and distribute prescribed medications efficiently.</li><li>
Assist with purchase return entries.</li><li>
Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the pharmacy.</li></ul></li><li>
Patient Interaction &amp; Service<ul><li>
Provide customer-friendly service, including dosage guidance and precautions.</li><li>
Convince patients to consider substitute brands if specific brands are unavailable.</li><li>
Maintain clear and open communication with patients, ensuring a positive experience.</li></ul></li><li>
Clinical Risk &amp; Safety Management<ul><li>
Ensure proper medication storage (e.g. storing vaccines at 2&ndash;8&deg;C).</li><li>
Regularly monitor room and refrigerator temperatures according to FDA guidelines.</li><li>
Conduct monthly checks to identify medications nearing expiration (within 3 months).</li><li>
Organize and arrange medicines in designated bins under the guidance of the pharmacist.</li></ul></li><li>
Inventory &amp; Fiscal Management<ul><li>
Assist in establishing and maintaining inventory standards for medicines.</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
B.Pharmacy or M.Pharmacy degree from a recognized institution</li><li>
0&ndash;3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy</li><li>
Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of Maharashtra.</li></ul>

Pharmacist

<div>Position: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. This role involves working closely with the nursing leadership team to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver training sessions.

Nurse Training Manager

<div>Position 
As a Materials Manager in our hospital, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring the activities of the general store to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory levels. This role involves ensuring the procurement of materials at the right time, quantity, and price, maintaining minimum stock variance, and ensuring proper storage and housekeeping in the stores. You will also be accountable for keeping all store records in compliance with statutory requirements. 
 
Responsibilities

Manage expired materials effectively to ensure patient safety.</li></ul>
HR Management &amp; Staff Development<ul><li>
Oversee orientation, training, and continuing education for personnel.</li><li>
Promote staff development and act as a mediator in conflict situations.</li><li>
Supervise, evaluate, and appraise staff performance, ensuring efficient manpower utilization</li></ul> 
Requirements<ul><li>
Graduate in Science or Pharmacy, plus Post-Graduate Diploma / MBA</li><li>
Minimum 5 years experience in procurement and stores in the Healthcare industry, preferably in a Hospital, out of which at least 2 years should be as Head of the department.</li><li>
Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and teams.</li></ul>
