Estimator &ndash; Interior Fit-Out (Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience)Company: Asian Mold Craft International Decor Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:Asian Mold Craft International Decor is seeking a highly experienced Estimator with strong expertise in Interior Fit-Out and Architectural Engineering. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years UAE experience in estimation for interior projects and must currently be available in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for interior fit-out projects</li><li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope to determine project costs</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams for price validations</li><li>Conduct site visits when required to assess project conditions</li><li>Prepare tender submissions, technical proposals, and pricing documents</li><li>Review and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations</li><li>Maintain updated database of supplier pricing and material costs</li><li>Support project managers and management during pre-contract and post-contract stages</li><li>Prepare value engineering options to improve overall project cost efficiency</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant Estimation experience in the UAE</li><li>Experience must be in Interior Fit-Out industry only (mandatory)</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or a related discipline</li><li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, estimation software, and reading drawings</li><li>Excellent understanding of UAE market rates and supplier pricing</li><li>Strong analytical and negotiation skills</li><li>Must be currently based in UAE and available for immediate interview</li><li>Excellent communication and reporting skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with joinery, gypsum, glass works, partitions, flooring, ceilings, and interior materials</li><li>Awareness of UAE codes and standards</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced project timelines</li></ul>How to Apply:Interested candidates who meet the above requirements are encouraged to apply with:<ul><li>Updated CV</li><li>Portfolio / sample BOQs (if available)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
