Payroll and Time Office</p>
<p>
 Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System</p>
<p>
 Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register</p>
<p>
 Prepare Payroll related reports<br>
Employee Life Cycle Activities</p>
<p>
 Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction &amp; joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter<br>
Recruitment</p>
<p>
 Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews</p>
<p>
 Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants</p>
<p>
 Handle Walk-in interviews</p>
<p>
 Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate<br>
Training Administration</p>
<p>
 Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records<br>

 Process payments for external trainers<br>
Statutory Compliances</p>

 File monthly statutory returns</p>

 Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractors<br>
Personnel Administration</p>
<p>
 Procure and distribute welfare items<br>
 Maintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems</p>
<p>
 Generate various monthly MIS reports</p>
<p>
Contract Labour</p>
<p>
