Business objectives</b></p>

<li>Identify, index and review market potential of Project sites at segment level (Geography and Key Accounts)</li>
<li>Conduct site inspection based on leads and make proposals including sampling to convert sites
</li><li>Negotiate, finalize and execute the site order as per agreed proposals</li>
<li>Monitor the project site on regular intervals and ensure that essential services are provided with warranty</li>
<li>Focus on specific key accounts, segments, geographies and products to gain market share
</li></ul><p><b>Influencers Development and Retention</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Encourage influencers&rsquo; participation in loyalty benefit programs to add new and upgrade and retain existing applicators</li>
</ul><ul><li>Create product awareness through relevant trainings and track lead conversion ratio</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Reports and Processes</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and circular relevant reports like index sheet as per defined timelines</li>
<li>Follow applicable processes and documentation while performing various site level and specific transactions
</li></ul><p><b>Efficiency
</b></p><ul><li>Reconcile the dealer account at regular intervals and ensure smooth settlement of payments including outstanding dues</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Integration</b></p>

Job Purpose</b></p>
<p>
The position is that of a frontline sales Manager who would primarily be responsible for driving sales in different segments of project sales and having a strong customer focus, ability to understand dynamics of secondary and primary sales and has the ability to nurture and manage the network and stakeholders thereby, achieving overall business objectives</p>

<ul><li>Conduct planning and analysis for all segments in Project Sales and prepare</li></ul>

growth plan for business development in each segment</p>
<ul><li>Identify growth opportunities and drive initiatives to gain market share with</li></ul>

specific focus on identified key accounts, segments, geographies and</p>
<p>
products</p>
<ul><li>Design and run interventions to upgrade customers on usage of high end</li></ul>

premium products</p>
<ul><li>Ensure strong customer focus with high priority to build and maintain</li></ul>

business relations with key stakeholders like builders, architects, consultants</p>

Applicator Engagement</b></p>
<ul><li>Develop relationships with and engage applicators using various tools</li></ul>

available at his disposal like loyalty club, promotions etc.</p>
<ul><li>Focus on Applicator business development by developing a strong</li></ul>

understanding of the business of the applicators</p>
<ul><li>Expand the number of applicators loyal to Asian Paints by constantly adding</li></ul>
<p>
newer applicators and nurturing the old ones.</p>

Market Development &middot;</b> Improve market practices, with a view to providing superior customer experience, through various initiatives like contractor professionalization, promoting usage of automated tools etc. &middot; Actively liaison with marketing function via various activities like providing feedback, activations, actively tracking competition practices etc. &middot; Actively work towards improving customer experience via working on various service initiatives Integrate &middot; Integrate with Retail, Services and Commercial teams to ensure lead generation, timely customer service, freight cost within budget and dealer account reconciliation &middot; Analyze and estimate the stock requirement and integrate with Supply Chain to ensure timely material availability &middot; Monitor the Input Utilization within the permissible limits Team Management &middot; Ensure growth and development of immediate team &middot; Productive utilization of manpower resources to drive business growths</p>

Qualifications Essential &middot;</b> Applicant must possess MBA / PGDM in Sales and Marketing from Tier II B-School &middot; Minimum of 50% marks throughout the education without any backlogs &middot; Graduation and Post-Graduation must be through a full time course</p>

<ul><li>Identify, index and review market potential for waterproofing products in Project Sales (Geography and Key Accounts)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Generate leads through direct project site visits and various stakeholders like Project Sales Officers, Applicators and Dealers</li></ul>
<ul><li>Conduct site inspection based on leads and make proposals including sampling to convert sites</li></ul>
<ul><li>Focus on product mix and ensure product addition in Basic Order Quantity (BOQ) of the site Technical Assistance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide technical assistance pre and post sales at the project sites related to waterproofing products</li></ul>
<ul><li>Undertake on-site sampling for waterproofing products to build customer confidence Market Development</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify and engage with set of medium to large waterproofing applicators, consultants etc. for the purpose of market expansion and upgradation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Build long term relationship with the identified set of stakeholders through regular product training and on-site assistance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Brief about products and systems with Specifiers and Consultants to generate business Training</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify and train Project Sales Applicators on practical application of waterproofing products at regular intervals</li></ul>
<ul><li>Coordinate with Marketing function to send out collaterals and relevant training material to the Applicators Market Intelligence</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist Marketing function in conducting product trials and building inferences on APL product strength vis-&agrave;-vis products in the market</li></ul>
<ul><li>Identify non-APL business stakeholders and take measures to convert to APL account through product demonstration initiatives</li></ul>
<ul><li>Integrate with Research and Technology function for new product development based on feedback of product trends in the market</li></ul><br>
