Overview Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Internal Auditor with specialized expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Sanctions compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing independent audits to assess the effectiveness of our internal controls, risk management, and governance processes, with a significant focus on financial crime compliance. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Audit Planning & Execution: Lead and participate in the end-to-end audit process for AML/CFT/Sanctions-related audits, including planning, risk assessment, scoping, testing, and reporting.</li> <li>Analysis & Reporting: Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential red flags.</li> <li>Document audit workpapers clearly and concisely in accordance with professional standards.</li> <li>Draft comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, root causes, risks, and practical recommendations for management.</li> <li>Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate audit results effectively to senior management and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with business units, Compliance, and Legal teams.</li> </ul> Qualifications & Experience <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 3-5 years focused specifically on auditing AML/CFT/Sanctions programs.</li> <li>Experience within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is required.</li> <li>Deep understanding of AML regulations and global sanctions regimes.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, principles, and practices (IIA IPPF).</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis tools (ACL, Excel PivotTables).</li> </ul> Benefits <ul> <li>Visa & Health insurance will be covered</li> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Collaborative and inclusive work environment.</li> </ul>

We are seeking a strategic and technically astute Head of Product to own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our platform. You will be the key liaison between engineering, and the executive team, translating market problems into detailed, technically sound product requirements.The ideal candidate is a former engineer or developer who moved into product management You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Product Vision & Strategy:Develop and evangelize a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals and addresses our customers' most critical technical needs.</li><li>Technical Product Leadership:Dive deep into the technical architecture, understanding scalability, dependencies, and implementation.</li><li>Roadmap Execution:Prioritize initiatives and features based on data, customer value, and business impact.
