Requirements<ul>

</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of local real estate market, RERA regulations, and property trends.
</li><li>Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales + leasing targets and managing high-performing teams.
</li><li>Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and online property platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in the construction or landscaping industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that all project documents, from drawings and permits to contracts and reports, are accurately filed, distributed, and maintained, serving as the central hub for all project information. 
 
Key Responsibilities:<ul>

Document Management:</li>
<li><ul><li>Receive, track, and monitor all project documents (drawings, specifications, RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, permits, contracts, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain an organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing system.</li>
<li>Ensure all documents are properly named, version-controlled, and archived according to company and project standards.</li>

</ul>Quality Control &amp; Compliance:<ul>

Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorization.</li>

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Document Controller, specifically within the construction, engineering, or landscape industry.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of construction documentation processes, including the submittal and RFI process.</li>
<li>Proficient in using electronic document management systems (EDMS). Experience with Aconex or Procore is a significant advantage.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.</li>
