Performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values will be evaluated.* Final confirmation of employment is based on performance during this period .Either party may discontinue the relationship without notice or severance, Probation Period: Three Months (Including Training) Upon successful completion, the starting salary will range from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 per month*, with performance-based appraisals.Salary Models During Probation (Any One Option Can Choose):Option 1: Fixed Salary ModeTraining Salary: INR 8,000 per monthPerformance Bonus: Up to INR 10,000 per month upon achieving milestone goalsPost-Probation Salary: INR 30,000 to INR 40,000 per month with appraisalsOption 2: Incentive-Based ModeTraining Earnings: INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month based on milestone achievements.
