The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $19.00 to $20.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

We are looking for full-time Janitor for our 5am-1:30pm shift.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as practical.
</li><li>Coordinate daily housekeeping services with nursing services when performing routine cleaning assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas.</li>
<li>Promotes/protects resident rights</li>
<li>Complies with abuse prevention &amp; reporting policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintains compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Works efficiently to complete assignments and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Follows instructions carefully. Discusses deviation from procedures with supervisor before acting</li>
<li>Maintains confidentiality of resident care and employee issues</li>
<li>Uses chain of command to communicate problems or grievances</li>
<li>Participates in staff meetings and mandatory in-service as required</li>
<li>Report all accidents/incidents to your supervisor no matter how minor that may be. (NOTE: Such occurrences must be reported on the shift in which they occur.)</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
</li><li>Previous experience in skilled nursing a plus, but not required.
</li><li>Caring team player and customer service focused personality.
</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized through daily duties.</li>
</ul>
