Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide sign language interpretation services during videoconferencing sessions with customers who have speaking or hearing disabilities.</li><li>Ensure accurate and clear communication between customers and representatives of the organization.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times, adhering to ethical standards of interpreting.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer service experiences and resolve inquiries or issues effectively.</li><li>Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and product/service information to provide accurate assistance to customers.</li><li>Document interactions and relevant information accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in sign language, with certification or training as a professional sign language interpreter preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both in sign language and spoken/written language.</li><li>Empathetic and patient demeanour, with a commitment to providing high-quality service to customers with disabilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
