Overview</b></p>
<p>
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 5-8 years of professional design experience, ideally within a B2B technology environment, to elevate our brand presence and support global multi-channel marketing and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate blends strong conceptual thinking with deep hands-on execution skills and can translate complex technological concepts into compelling, user-friendly design. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, and consistently delivers high-quality, on-brand creative. This is a global role and requires ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and cultures.</p>
<p><b>
Responsibilities Graphic designer</b></p>
<p>
Marketing &amp; Communications Collateral</p>
<ul><li>Own the creative direction and execution of design deliverables including executive keynotes, sales and marketing collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, briefs, infographics), digital experiences (website visuals, landing pages, digital ads, social assets), and internal communications (visuals, presentations).</li></ul>
<p>
Digital Experience &amp; Web</p>
<ul><li>Produce graphics for ASM.com, microsites, digital experiences and internal communication platforms.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Optimize visual content for usage and performance across all digital channels.</li></ul>
<p>
Product, Event &amp; Campaign Support</p>
<ul><li>Design creative assets for product launches, external events (industry, technical), brand campaigns and internal communications (CEO company-wide meetings, communications).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex technical information visually.</li></ul>
<p>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</p>
<ul><li>Partner with marketing, digital, and comms teams to ensure a cohesive storytelling experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide design guidance to internal stakeholders and contribute to creative strategy.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrate ability to work with global senior leadership on complex ideas and turn into compelling, visual presentations</li></ul>
<p>
Brand Design &amp; Stewardship</p>
<ul><li>Maintain and evolve the corporate visual identity across external and internal platforms.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across company</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate with and train design agencies around the world</li></ul>
<p>
Project &amp; Workflow Management</p>
<ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and quality.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work with vendors and agencies when needed to support creative production.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain process for design requests</li></ul>
<p><b>
Required Qualifications</b></p>
<ul><li>5-8 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong portfolio with demonstrated ability to convert complex ideas into visual storytelling.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong experience in PowerPoint presentation design for executive audiences</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D software, or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Excellent understanding of typography, color, layout, branding, and composition.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proven experience designing for multi-channel marketing (keynotes, digital, print, social, web, events).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to collaborate in a structured, data-driven, B2B-focused marketing team.</li></ul>
<p><b>
Additional Qualifications</b></p>
<ul><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus but not required.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field</li></ul>

<li>Finance Business Partner to Core Corporate Functions such as Corporate Business Development, Risk Management, Tax, Government Relations and Environmental, Health &amp; Safety teams</li>
<li>Monthly financial controlling, compliance with internal controls and analysis for responsible corporate functions</li>
<li>Month end closing activities of responsible corporate functions</li>
<li>Monthly forecasting and annual budgeting of responsible corporate functions</li>
<li>Assist and support for monthly corporate and group reporting</li>
<li>Assist and support for annual budgeting exercise</li>
<li>Drive cost and efficiency improvements of responsible corporate functions</li>
<li>Support implementation of financial projects for responsible corporate functions and other projects for corporate reporting such as new platform implementation and M&amp;A integrations</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Experience &amp; Skills:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Self-motivated and results oriented with a strong business acumen</li>
<li>Proven success in preparing financial forecasts and budgets; able to prioritize when meeting deadlines</li>
<li>Hands-on, proactive, meticulous with keen attention to details</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills</li>
<li>Good communication skills along with the confidence to excel in an ambiguous environment with a flexible mindset approach</li>

<li>5 &ndash; 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing with minimum 3 years of experience in the FP&amp;A field, combined with other business/finance control roles and/or Big4 background</li>
