 Objective:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The role holder is responsible for collecting and analysing financial information to determine the feasibility of a potential procurement and logistics project. The role holder is also responsible for improving the operational, financial effectiveness and decision-making of ASMO.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare, consolidate, perform financial analysis and provide recommendations and commentaries for monthly reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide analytical support in determining the feasibility of various potential projects and associated impact to ASMO&rsquo;s financials through market or industry specific research analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in the building of financial models utilizing results from due diligence in order to determine the main assumptions and basis for the long-term projections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the rest of the Finance function to improve the periodic reporting process in terms of accuracy, timeliness and reliability and ensure compliance with financial regulators such as the CMA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement appropriate controls and procedures to ensure accuracy in decision support / information reporting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide benchmarking analysis and competition reports to management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct desktop research to track agreements entered with managed joint venture companies and industry peers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key financial indicators or business drivers, highlight trends and analysing cause of change in case of material variances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay aware of annual changes in budget and financial targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement all relevant Department&rsquo;s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.

 Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.

 <li>
 CFA / CISI / ACCA preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.

 Objective
 
 
 
 The Key Accounts Officer is accountable for ensuring growth and retention of key accounts in alignment with ASMO&rsquo;s &ldquo;value leadership&rdquo; strategy. The role holder collaborates closely with the Business Development Team to identify growth opportunities and deliver exceptional service to key clients.
 
 
 
 General Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development and execution of the Department short to mid-term strategic plan to ensure alignment with the Department&rsquo;s strategic priorities, and the corporate goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of annual business plans for the assigned areas of responsibility to support the achievement of financial and strategic objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, control and report key performance indicators related to the Department to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Business Development Team to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services within existing key accounts, driving revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Key Account Manager and Head of Sales &amp; Business Development to align key account strategies with the organization's "value leadership" strategy, emphasizing cost efficiency and superior supply chain service performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Director of Sales &amp; Customer Service to align the sales team with ASMO's "value leadership" strategy, emphasizing cost efficiency and superior supply chain service performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and assist with the development of strategic account plans for ASMO&rsquo;s key clients, outlining objectives, growth strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Foster long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and aligning ASMO's offerings to meet and exceed their expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that ASMO consistently delivers exceptional service and value to key accounts, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor customer satisfaction levels and close actions and follow up action owners to maintain high levels of client loyalty and retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Relay valuable client feedback and market insights to internal teams to inform product or service improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of key account activities, sales, and interactions using CRM tools, taking ownership of ensuring actions are closed out on time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse key account performance data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to account strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance to contractual obligations, timings, reporting and change control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the activities of direct reports to ensure that all work is carried out in an efficient manner, in line with the annual business plans, policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage self-development through performance management processes by agreeing annual objectives, and constructive feedback.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training and developmental needs and in conjunction with Key Account Manager bridge the knowledge gap to ensure continuous progression, and high-level of competence within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute in defining an optimum structure for the Department, to ensure smooth workflow of operational processes and optimal utilisation of resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide input into the preparation and consolidation of the Client budget, monitor financial reporting compliance during the year and identify areas of improvement / unsatisfactory performance (if any), and recommend mitigating actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and manage implementation of change initiatives on contractual management, systems, processes and practices considering &lsquo;international leading practices&rsquo;, and/or other changes in the business environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend improvements to departmental procedures, and ensure implementation of policies, procedures, systems and controls covering the assigned areas of responsibility so that all activities meet ASMO&rsquo;s standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements, align to business requirements, and increase operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering &lsquo;international leading practices&rsquo;, in order to increase operational effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the Department&rsquo;s requirements, policies and standards.

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 CPSP (Certified Professional Salesperson), Salesforce Certified Administrator, or any relevant certification is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
 </li>
 <li>
 5 years&rsquo; experience in a similar role or in KAM or Business Development function.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in key account management or strategic account management roles.
 </li>
