 Responsible for coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure compliance with legal provisions and providing expert legal advice to minimize and effectively manage legal risk exposure. Played a crucial role in supporting the company in corporate, commercial, HR, contracting, governance, litigation, and all legal matters.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support in executing the Legal Department&rsquo;s long-term strategic plan in alignment with the corporate strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report to the General Counsel on the progress of activities against the annual business plans, opportunities, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken, etc., as required, to make an informed decision.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the execution of the Legal Department's long-term strategic plan in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report regularly to the General Counsel on the progress of legal activities, highlighting key opportunities, challenges, and mitigation actions taken.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate a deep understanding of the terms and conditions of various contracts used by the company, particularly those relating to procurement and supply chain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform thorough pre-contract activities, including drafting and reviewing the terms and conditions of contracts and agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft clear and comprehensive policies and procedures, seeking sign-off from the General Counsel where necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure effective legal representation in all legal proceedings involving the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize and address any reported breaches occurring during the contracting process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct root cause analysis of identified breaches in the contracting process and other legal matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with all regulatory and local law updates or changes that may affect the company's operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the potential impacts of new regulations on the company's operations and advise management accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct extensive legal research and provide sound legal advice based on research findings and interpretation of local laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop standardized agreements and templates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide valuable input and guidance during the implementation of human resources policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with KSA labor law and the company's internal policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in developing and implementing the Legal Departmental policies, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in ensuring compliance with ASMO&rsquo;s standards and regulatory requirements that are aligned with business needs to increase operational effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present regular and ad-hoc management reports related to the function, provide recommendations to the General Counsel on new opportunities, highlight critical issues and challenges, and provide strategic insight to ensure effective decision-making.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 A qualified Saudi lawyer with at least 11 years of post-qualification experience in corporate, contracts, HR, governance, and commercial matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Legal experience in procurement or logistics sectors is preferred but not necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, specifically those governing corporations, contracts, employment, and commerce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex legal documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.

 The Warehouse Management System Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing the Warehouse Management System and supporting the logistics operations of ASMO. They work closely with the Logistics Solutions Manager to optimize warehouse processes, improve system functionality, and ensure efficient inventory management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The role holder will have knowledge of the rules, procedures and in some cases, the principles and practices within the Warehouse Management System discipline. They will be tasked with selectively extracting, verifying, and compiling objective and measurable data. In some instances, they may determine the course of action based on established principles and modify existing processes and methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Warehouse /Transport Management System
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize the system to meet ASMO&rsquo;s specific requirements; ensure that the system is properly integrated with other logistics and supply chain systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the performance of the WMS/TMS, identify and resolve system issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse operations; analyze system logs, error messages, and user feedback to diagnose problems and work with technical teams or vendors to implement solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze data from the Warehouse /Transport Management System and develop reports to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
 </li>

 Provide training and support to end-users of the Warehouse/Transport Management System; help develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse personnel.
 </li>
