We use a naturalistic-based approach to ABA with high quality services that are customized to our learners and the environments in which the services are most needed.Salary Range:<ul><li>$95,000-$105,000</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Active BCBA Certification</li><li>Current WY State Licensure</li><li>Ability to pass fingerprinting and criminal background check</li><li>Reliable transportation and auto insurance</li><li>Experience working with a variety of age ranges and skill levels in ABA</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct the initial assessment and ongoing assessments for every assigned client and develop individual programs tailored to meet the client&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Provide high-quality, interactive ABA services to clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client&rsquo;s home, school, and/or the community.</li><li>Provide collaborative and supportive supervision to RBTs working with clients on your caseload.</li><li>Utilize Behavior Skills Training (BST) to train staff on the implementation of programs and plans that the BCBA has developed.</li><li>Meet with client caregivers at least monthly to review progress and ensure collaboration with all stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cheyenne, WY 82007
