End-to-End BI Implementation

<li>Lead the full lifecycle of Business Intelligence system implementation from planning and requirement gathering to deployment and post-go-live support across the EMENAC region.</li>

Ownership of BI/BA Activities

<li>Lead and manage the entire process of translating business needs into BI solutions through functional specifications and solution mapping, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business requirements.</li>
<li>Independently oversee all BI/BA activities across the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations, while minimizing the need for supervision.</li>
<li>Ensure seamless integration of BI solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams, addressing both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the process.</li>
<li>Provide expert guidance to the team on BI/BA best practices, ensuring consistent, high-quality output in all project phases.</li>
</ul>
Documentation, Solution design &amp; Recommendation
<ul>
<li>Define, document, and validate business KPIs, analytics requirements, reports, and dashboards to support informed decision-making, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation, obtaining formal sign-off from stakeholders to ensure clarity and agreement.</li>
<li>Provide first-level design recommendations for BI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements, user expectations, and align with the overall system architecture and goals.</li>
</ul>
Traceability &amp; Knowledge
<ul>
<li>Track and monitor requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure scope, quality, and alignment.</li>
<li>Facilitating seamless knowledge transfer to development and testing teams, providing ongoing support to ensure accurate understanding and execution.</li>
</ul>
UAT management and data warehouse integration
<ul>
<li>Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by collaborating with business users to define test scenarios, ensuring successful validation of solutions.</li>
<li>Maintaining and overseeing the Data Warehouse environment, ensuring that all related interfaces and integrations function seamlessly and meet business requirements.</li>
</ul>
Compliance with IT SOPs
<ul>
<li>Ensure strict adherence to internal IT Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including documentation, testing, validation, and audit readiness.</li>
</ul>

Data & Analytics Technical Services Specialist

OBJECTIVE
On more complex projects, support the Programme and/or Project Manager in achieving smooth execution and completion of project tasks. For less complex projects, take full control of all elements of a project lifecycle on and end-to-end basis, with oversight as defined for a particular project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Governance and administration:
<ul>
<li>Maintain Project records organising and updating all project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, meeting minutes and change requests to ensure transparency and a clear audit trail</li>
<li>Reporting Preparing and distributing project status reports, progress updates and other relevant information to the Project Manager, Steering Committee and other Project Stakeholders as per communication plan and governance requirements</li>
<li>Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI s) against targets and/or baselines</li>
</ul>
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
<ul>
<li>Facilitating Communication act as a central point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring clear and timely information flows amongst team members, the Project Manager and Stakeholders</li>
<li>Scheduling and Coordinating Meetings arrange, coordinate, document minutes and key decisions/action items</li>
<li>Disseminating Information ensure that all Stakeholders are informed of any changes to the Project, decisions made, and key milestones</li>
<li>Liaising with Stakeholders assist the Project Manager in communicating with Customers, Vendors and other parties to gather requirements, provide updates, address concerns, always operating within the established governance guidelines</li>
</ul>
Monitoring and Tracking:
<ul>
<li>Tracking Progress monitor the daily progress and tasks and deliverables against the project schedule and report any deviations or potential delays to the Project Manager</li>
<li>Issue and Risk Tracking maintain all project logs, ensuring documentation, assignments to relevant Stakeholders, and ensure resolution or mitigation. Escalate significant issues or risks to the Project Manager or relevant governance body as per defined processes</li></ul><ul>

Project Coordinator

Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO and Treasury Consultant with 5 7 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Treasury modules (TRM) and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting finance and treasury solutions aligned with business needs
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Analyse business requirements related to Finance and Treasury processes and translate them into SAP system solutions.</li>
<li>Implement and support SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting).</li>
<li>Configure and support SAP Treasury modules including Cash Management, Liquidity Planning, Risk Management, In-House Cash, and Bank Communication Management.</li>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to drive end-to-end solutions.</li>
<li>Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and oversee testing and user training.</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely issue resolution.</li>
<li>Good understanding on Group cash sweepings functionalities.</li>
<li>Integrate FICO and Treasury solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, HCM) and third-party systems.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and external financial regulations.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance tuning in a live SAP environment.</li>
<li>Good understanding on Trading platform integrations and bank integrations on various products and required good functional knowledge on most of the products.</li>
<li>Good Treasury accounting knowledge as per the IFRS standards.</li>
<li>Support daily operations, including monitoring of treasury transactions, interfaces, and data flows.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SWIFT formats, electronic bank statements (EBS), and payment formats (MT, ISO20022).</li>
<li>Knowledge of tools like SAP FSCM, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), or third-party payment engines is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge on Data feed integration with third parties like Bloomberg, Refinitiv...etc.</li>
<li>Good knowledge on Deals workflow process and proper understanding on workflow requirements</li>
</ul>
