Our services include registered care homes; supported living; community outreach; day services, including pathways to employment; children and young people&rsquo;s groups and support; specialist support; and free online support for families and carers across the South-East.About the Role We&rsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Youth Engagement Coordinator to join our dedicated Young People&rsquo;s Team. You&rsquo;ll be great at building trust and communicating with families and professionals alike, with a positive, proactive approach to making every session count.Essential:&middot; Experience working with or supporting neurodivergent individuals or those with learning disabilities.&middot; Experience engaging with young people in community or home-based settings.&middot; Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and experience responding to concerns.&middot; Excellent communication, planning, and IT skills.&middot; A flexible approach to working hours (including evenings/weekends as needed).&middot; Full UK driving licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle.Desirable:&middot; NVQ/OCF Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health &amp; Social Care, Childcare, or related area.&middot; Knowledge of neurodivergent strategies and inclusive activity planning.We&rsquo;re looking for passionate individuals to help us ensure that every person we support lives a fulfilling life with dignity and independence.
