Job Summary</b></div><div>
The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergies and sinus problems. They will <b>deliver a memorable experience</b> for our patients with each interaction they have, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will <b>practice precision everywhere</b> including providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above. They will <b>share responsibility</b> with their peers and the rest of the clinical team to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. They will <b>exemplify integrity</b> in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients.

<b>Schedule:</b><br>
This position will be based in our Far West Clinic on Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.<br>

How You Improve Our Patients Lives!</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.</li>
<li>Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.</li>
<li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.</li>
<li>Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.</li>
<li>Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:<ul>
<li>Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)</li>
<li>Nasal endoscopy</li>
</ul></li><li>Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.</li>
<li>Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit</li>
<li>Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.</li>
<li>Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.</li>
<li>Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.</li>
<li>Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.</li>
<li>Adhere to standard metrics:<ul>
<li>Testing: 50% minimum threshold</li>
<li>Treatment: 30% minimum threshold</li>
<li>IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold</li>

Knowledge &amp; Skills Needed to be Successful</b></h3><div><b><br>
Required education and experience</b></div><ul>
<li>3+ Years of Practicing as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program</li>
<li>Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) Certified</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
</ul><div><b>Preferred education and experience</b></div>
Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system<br>
