In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone&reg; by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.</div>
Schedule (days/hours): Mon-Fri Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses</li><li>
Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary</li><li>
Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office</li><li>
Experience leading a team</li><li>
Knowledge of dental terminology</li></ul>
Compensation: $68,000 - $72,000 per year About:
