Now Hiring: Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor &ndash; Burien, WAAre you passionate about dental assisting and ready to inspire the next generation of professionals? Aspire Dental Assistant Academy is seeking a part-time instructor for our Burien, WA location.About the Position: Classes are held on-site at a local dental office and offered during two schedule options:<ul><li>Saturdays: 9:00 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)</li><li>Evenings: Tuesday and Wednesday 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm</li></ul>We are looking for instructor(s) interested in the Evening shift and/or the Saturday shift with availability to sub a Saturday/evening class in the event the other instructor is out.What You&rsquo;ll Do: This is a hands-on clinical teaching role. Students complete their lectures and exams online. As the on-site instructor, your focus will be on:<ul><li>Demonstrating key clinical skills</li><li>Supporting students as they practice and build competency</li><li>Following a clearly structured syllabus and skills checklist</li></ul>There&rsquo;s no lecturing or test administration&mdash;just practical, student-centered instruction in a supportive setting. Prior to teaching, you&rsquo;ll meet with our School Director (also the online instructor) to review the course structure and receive training on the program flow.About Our Program: Aspire is a 12-week entry-level dental assistant training program, fully licensed and approved by the State of Washington. We are a small, mission-driven team made up of dental professionals and educators who believe in quality over quantity. Our goal is to prepare students for meaningful careers&mdash;not just push them through.We know that mastery takes time, but with the right guidance, students can develop a strong foundation and enter the workforce ready to grow.
