 Keystone builds financial and administrative systems for U.S.-based counties and school districts. We're hiring a Web Developer to modernize our deployment, improve application reliability, and establish CI/CD practices for a legacy ASP Classic and .NET-based system currently deployed directly on customer premises.
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze, stabilize, and improve a legacy ASP Classic / ASP.NET MVC application integrated with Rocket&rsquo;s RedBack/UniVerse multivalue database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement secure, reliable CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows (IIS, Git-based flows, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve site security, manage configurations, and reduce error-prone manual deployments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to map a path toward modernization while maintaining legacy compatibility.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with ASP Classic and ASP.NET (especially MVC) in production environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with IIS, Windows-based hosting, and manual deployment constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience or interest in Rocket/UniVerse multivalue databases (via RedBack) is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for interacting with U.S.-based stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and proactively recommend modern practices in a legacy-heavy environment.
 </li>
