Job Title: Marketing Executive - On siteLocation: Ahmedabad (Gota)Experience : Fresher to 2 yearsShift : Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)Salary : RS 20000 to RS 25000 CTCPerformance Bonus : up to 500000 (Yearly)Job Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handling candidate Profiles</li><li>Exploring the job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.</li><li>Finding relevant job requirements and applying candidates resume to the suitable positions.</li><li>Build and maintain good relationship with the vendors.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.</li><li>Checking and Managing emails</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment, technologies, and hiring practices.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of interviews.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any field</li><li>Understanding of technical roles such as Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Administrators, etc.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple candidate resumes.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in bench sales marketing , IT recruitment</li><li>Familiarity with Linked in , Chat GPT , Excel , word , Gmail</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>PF , ESI (to eligible candidates)</li><li>Paid time off (After 3 months)</li><li>Bonus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
