Salary Range: $36.93 - $53.56 Hourly
 
Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner forms partnerships across the organization to ensure HR strategies and policies meet the organizational mission, vision and values and promote a positive and productive working environment at Aspirus St. Luke's. The position has principal responsibility in the areas of employee relations, labor relations, HR compliance and special projects for assigned employee groups. Works independently with a high level of discretion to act in accord with policies, contract language and past practice. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field or equivalent.</li><li>
Experience: At least five (5) years of professional Human Resources experience, two (2) years of which is in a collectively bargained environment.</li><li>
Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A</li></ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Education: Master&rsquo;s Degree.</li><li>
Experience: N/A Labor relations experience, including participating in negotiations preferred.</li><li>
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Senior HR certification.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to handle a variety of situations with minimal or no supervision; maintain a strict degree of confidentiality; work under pressure of deadlines, frequent interruptions and stressful conditions. Knowledge of general office principles and duties including use of business letter writing, forms and filing procedures; of office methods, procedures, equipment. Exercise good judgment and organize work well; perform clerical work involving independent judgment requiring speed and accuracy. Possesses good judgment and work organization skills. Excellent decision making is required. Understand questions and give clear and satisfactory explanations. Ability to exercise confidentiality in dealing with all aspects of employee information, applicants and co-workers based on Hospital policy and procedure. To work in a mature, constructive manner.
