Billing Specialist
We are currently seeking a Billing Specialist to join the Project Support Staff at Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC.

Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform high volume of customer billing consisting of Create weekly time and equipment invoices for our client utilizing multiple templates in excel and other formats. Invoices will be for labor, equipment, and materials.</li><li>
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as invoicing, preparation of payroll and Accounts payable reports.</li><li>
Analyzes and organizes incoming payments.</li><li>
Assist project management team with billing procedures and updates on Purchase order statues.</li><li>
Ensure completion of all company documents and send all necessary paperwork to corporate on weekly basis.</li><li>
Assist with preparation of AR aging and other reports for management team.</li><li>
Assist management in various administrative duties and special projects.</li><li>
Provide customer service to customers regarding any invoicing issues.</li><li>
Release and close out POS once payments and reconciliations are completed.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be 18 years-of-age or older.</li></ul>
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
2 + years of proven experience as Billing Specialists.</li><li>
Outside Utility experience (preferred)</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of MS office including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet programs and the ability to turn large volume of data into meaningful information.</li><li>
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of variables in situations</li><li>
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the analytical ability to solve problems and issues.</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>
Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to deal with time constraints and effectively manage deadlines.</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.</li></ul>
Pre-Screen<ul><li>
Upon offer, employees are required to subject and pass both a pre-employment drug screen and background and/or MVR check.</li></ul>
License &amp; Certifications:<ul><li>
Driver's License Preferred, but not required</li></ul>
Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
RARE (less than 10%): stooping, crawling, climbing poles, climbing ladders, kneeling, squatting, body twisting, seeing distant, climbing on/off the truck, gripping, lifting over 10 lbs. to 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50lbs.</li><li>
OCCASIONAL (up to 33%): balancing, climbing stairs, standing walking, sense of touch, manual dexterity, reaching, range of motion, lifting, carrying, lifting up to 10lbs</li><li>
FREQUENT (up to 66%):</li><li>
CONTINUOUS (up to 100%): Seeing, speaking clearly, sitting, reading, hearing &ndash; speech range, depth perception, color vision.</li></ul>

Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must have sufficient eyesight to judge distance/coordination of equipment and tools, be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time, be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary, be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day, have the endurance necessary to traverse various terrain, be capable of performing job duties throughout a standard 8- or 10-hour day, be able to communicate with others, read, write, and comprehend written/verbal job instructions and information, and communicate &amp; handle confrontations professionally.
