Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruitment consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for our clients across various industries. You&rsquo;ll act as a strategic hiring partner to clients, sourcing top talent, providing expert market insights, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients.This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategy.Key Responsibilities:Client Management:<ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to clients on their hiring needs, workforce planning, and market trends.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to generate repeat business.</li><li>Understand client job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.</li><li>Deliver on client SLAs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.</li></ul>Talent Sourcing &amp; Recruitment:<ul><li>Manage the full recruitment life cycle &ndash; from briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.</li><li>Source high-quality candidates through various channels: job portals, social media (LinkedIn), referrals, headhunting, and networking.</li><li>Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.</li><li>Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients with detailed candidate summaries.</li><li>Guide candidates through the hiring process, providing timely feedback and support.</li></ul>Team Collaboration &amp; Leadership:<ul><li>Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams on database management, marketing roles, and improving sourcing strategies.</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking insights to clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly reports on placements, pipeline, and performance metrics.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment.</li><li>Proven track record of successful placements across industries or specialized domains (IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc.).</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in using ATS and MS Office tools.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience handling senior-level or niche roles.</li><li>Exposure to international recruitment .</li><li>Recruitment certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a target-driven environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;19,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
