Key Role: 
<ul>
<li>Perform precision TIG welding on pipe and tubing systems, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and specialty alloys</li>
<li>Fit-up, layout, and fabricate piping assemblies including pressure piping, process lines, and mechanical systems</li>
<li>Read and interpret P&IDs, blueprints, and weld procedures</li>
<li>Measure, cut, bevel, prep, tack, and align pipe for proper weld tolerances</li>
<li>Install, modify, and repair pressure vessels, piping systems, and fluid/gas transfer systems</li>
<li>Perform field routing, installation, and tie-ins to existing systems</li>
<li>Ensure work complies with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, pressure system requirements)</li>
<li>Operate according to Work Authorizations and approved procedures</li>
<li>Inspect piping, joints, and welds to ensure quality and leak-free performance</li>
<li>Bend, flare, and install tubing; work with aerospace or high-pressure fittings/connectors</li>
<li>Use pipe fitting tools including threaders, bevelers, benders, and alignment tools</li>
<li>Demonstrate strong mechanical troubleshooting and system assembly skills</li>
<li>Maintain safe work practices and use required PPE at all times</li>

Basic Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>2+ years of pipe fitting and/or pipe welding experience in industrial, mechanical, or aerospace environments</li>

ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking a Travel Specialist to support the FAA’s Radar System Replacement (RSR) program, the largest and most significant radar modernization effort within the National Airspace System (NAS).

Summary: This role is central to ensuring field personnel can mobilize quickly and efficiently to FAA sites across the country without administrative delays. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for booking, modifying, and managing all travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with company policy and contract requirements. In addition, this individual will own the end-to-end expense reporting process following each trip, ensuring timely, accurate reconciliation in accordance with program and finance requirements.
 
Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Coordinate and book all travel arrangements for Engineering and Installation teams supporting RSR site deployments, including airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, and other logistical needs.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel regarding travel logistics and support needs. Manage frequent travel changes, cancellations, and re-bookings driven by dynamic site schedules and field conditions.</li>
<li>Complete and submit expense reports in Concur on behalf of field personnel following completed trips.</li>
<li>Support development and maintenance of Smartsheet trackers to manage travel schedules, deployment timelines, and resource coordination across RSR sites.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize program documentation within SharePoint, including travel records, expense documentation, and supporting artifacts to ensure audit readiness and version control.</li>
<li>Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) in data tracking and reporting, ensuring alignment between travel activities and site execution schedules.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain basic dashboards and visual reports (Excel, Smartsheet, or similar tools) to provide visibility into travel spend, deployment status, and resource utilization.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline data workflows, reporting, and document management processes.</li>
<li>Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policy, contract requirements, and cost control expectations.</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement of travel and expense processes to improve efficiency and responsiveness.</li>
<li>Assist with logistical coordination such as shipping small tools/materials, rental equipment coordination, or other field support needs as required.</li>

Required Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with 0-3 years of work experience.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), including ability to organize data, track metrics, and support basic reporting functions.</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to manage receipts, documentation, and expense reconciliation accurately.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and responsiveness to time-sensitive requests.</li>
