ASRC Federal System Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Technical Control Analyst (Associate Telecommunications Engineer) in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting the Wing Information and Communication Support (WICS 2) Technical Control Facility (TCF) at Schriever Space Force Base.
 The Technical Control Analyst is responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing telecommunications circuits and network operations supporting mission-critical systems. This role exercises independent judgment in monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving degraded conditions, restoring disrupted communications, and implementing alternate routing strategies to maintain operational continuity. The Analyst directs and coordinates corrective actions necessary to ensure effective and reliable telecommunications services.
 
Core Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Plan, evaluate, and design configurations and reconfigurations of data and voice communication networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN environments.</li>
<li>Analyze network performance trends and recommend improvements supporting short- and long-term operational objectives, including cloud-based systems.</li>
<li>Exercise independent judgment in diagnosing and resolving complex network and circuit issues, including real-time restoration of critical communications.</li>
<li>Lead or coordinate implementation of hardware and software solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.</li>

Additional Workload and Cross-Utilization Responsibilities: 
This role includes responsibility for supporting multiple mission systems (e.g., GBSOC and SDIN), requiring the ability to prioritize competing operational demands and make escalation decisions impacting system availability. The Analyst evaluates system conditions, determines appropriate response actions, and coordinates with engineering resources as needed.
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Networking Knowledge:</li>
<li>Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.</li>
<li>Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.</li>
<li>Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark</li>

ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors is seeking a Electrician, Exterior in support of our Sheppard AFB Base Operations Support Contract Located in Wichita Falls, TX.
 
Overview: 
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment (50 volts or higher). Install, troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain high voltage generating, controlling, and distributing systems in powerhouses, substations, and underground and overhead power lines. Maintain and repair airfield lighting systems. Perform general maintenance electrician work that requires rounded training and experience usually acquired through a formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Installs, modifies, connects, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs overhead and</li>
</ul>
underground street lighting equipment. Sets up and aligns poles, erects cross arms and fixtures, strings conductors, installs transformers and services with connections.
 <ul>
<li>Repair primary distribution equipment such as cracked insulators, broken pins, wires, short circuits, and loose connections. Check condition of transformers, switches, and cables. Test insulating oil of transformers and oil switches for breakdown and contamination.</li>

<li>Install, modify, and test electrical lines, circuits, systems, fixtures, controls, and equipment 50 volts or higher, amperage, phase and frequency requirements.</li>
<li>Install, maintain, and repair all types of grounding systems and lighting protections</li>

<li>Works from building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and</li>

electrical maintenance and repair manuals to plan and layout routing, placement, type, size gauge, balance, load, continuity, and safe operation of electrical lines, circuits, systems, equipment, and controls.

<li>Work on wide variety of equipment, including motors, motor control devices, speed control units, and automatic control equipment. Install, and maintain the electronic controls for machines in business and industry.</li>
<li>Pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes and manholes. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components. Join wires in boxes with various specially designed connectors.</li>
<li>Perform preventive/recurring maintenance. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.</li>
<li>Interprets and applies the National Electric Code, local codes, building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams and engineering drawings and uses trade formulas to calculate common properties. E.g. voltage drops, and current capacity in series and parallel circuits, resistance, inductance, capacitance, power factors, current flow, and temperature and length in single and multiple raceways, conduit, gutters and cable trays.</li>
<li>Makes necessary repairs as quickly as possible to minimize inconvenience. Work with Engineers, engineering technicians or industrial machinery installation, repair, and maintenance workers.</li>

ASRC Federal Communications is seeking a Firefighter who will support the Installation Support Services (ISS2) contract on Eareckson Air Station (EAS).
 This position will require that the employee work on site at EAS. Transportation from Anchorage, Alaska to Eareckson Air Station will be furnished by government sponsored aircraft. Meals and housing will be provided by the program while working onsite. Employees will live in a dormitory housing environment, and meals will be furnished daily through the cafeteria/dining facility. This position works 7 days a week, 12 hour days, with a rotation of 8 weeks on and 4 off.
 
Responsibilities: 
Controls and extinguishes fires.
 Ability to drive and operate firefighting vehicles.
 Performs crash/rescue and firefighting duties at airfields handling predominantly large or complex aircraft (e.g., fighters, cargo, and passenger).
 Performs structural firefighting duties for a variety of facilities.
 Performs search and rescue of personnel and performs or initiates a variety of first aid measures to alleviate further injury and prepares victims(s) for transport to a medical facility.
 Evaluates emergency medical situations and performs duties as an Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) or equivalent.
 Maintains firefighting equipment and fire station facilities.
 Complies with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures.
 Participates in the physical fitness, respiratory protection and hearing conservation program.
 Performs daily inspection, maintenance and upkeep of firefighting apparatus, tools and equipment.
 Participates in all training activities, including afterhours exercises and readiness inspection callouts.

Required Qualifications:

 Three to Five years' experience controlling or extinguishing fires as a member of an organized military, industrial, volunteer, municipal or governmental fire department.

ASRC Federal Advanced Research LLC (AFAR) is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Enterprise-Information Display System (E-IDS) team that supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTCAA) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This is a full-time on-site position (no remote or hybrid work).
 
The FAA’s Enterprise Information Display System (E-IDS) is a modernized, enterprise-level platform and display developed in-house to replace multiple legacy Information Display Systems (IDSs) in over 500 air traffic control facilities. It provides static and real-time consolidated data to controllers, including weather, airport runway status/visibility, maps, and facility directives aimed at improving efficiency.
 
Citizenship/Permanent Residency Requirement
 All candidates must have the following to pass the Federal Background Investigation and obtain the FAA Public Trust security clearance.

<li>Six (6) to nine (9) years of related work experience.</li>

 This role will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, improving team collaboration, and helping engineering teams execute efficiently across multiple initiatives.

<li>Sprint planning/reviews/demos</li>
<li>Retrospectives</li>
<li>Backlog refinement</li>
<li>Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.</li>
<li>Remove impediments and coordinate issue resolution across teams.</li>
<li>Help teams maintain healthy Agile practices and delivery discipline.</li>
<li>Support backlog management and prioritization activities.</li>
<li>Monitor team velocity, burn-down metrics, and sprint health.</li>
<li>Assist with release planning and cross-team coordination.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity.</li>
</ul>
