ASRC Federal Systems Solutions, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, requires a highly motivated Associate Test Data Programmer to support the ASTROS Contract. We are looking for someone with the ability to manage test data information from the test stand to the customer. We support the testing of incredible propulsion systems at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), and we are looking for the best people to be a part of this research.
 Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Support test operations with sequence programming and system operation</li>
<li>Support in diagnosing and resolving software defects, system instabilities, and control logic issues within legacy codebases</li>
<li>Support critical software updates required to address known bugs and operational limitations</li>
<li>Collaborate with AFRL engineers, technicians, and government stakeholders to implement system improvements</li>
<li>Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability and maintainability</li>
<li>Support in creation documentation packages of operations and newly created software.</li>
<li>Support in development of legacy replacement software including, GUI front ends utilizing C# .NET WPF as well as future back-end replacement of I/O control.</li>
<li>Support integration of control systems with facility hardware, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems</li>
<li>Participate in system testing, validation, and operational readiness activities</li>
<li>Ensure proper configuration management and version control of all software changes using Git</li>
<li>Coordinate with third-party vendors when additional technical support or clarification is required</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or related field</li>
<li>0-2 Years of Experience</li>
<li>Proven ability to troubleshoot and sustain legacy software systems with limited documentation</li>
<li>Experience working in large scale test facility environments (vacuum systems, environmental simulation, or similar)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and hardware/software integration</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and system architecture diagrams</li>
<li>U.S. Citizenship required</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Programming experience in C#/WPF</li>
<li>Direct experience with PCON (Aerojet DDAS/TCON, Pacific Instruments) systems or comparable real-time industrial control systems (LabView/Allen-Bradley)</li>
<li>Experience in addressing software issues related to aging or unsupported vendor systems</li>
<li>Knowledge of data acquisition systems and real-time monitoring tools</li>
<li>Experience with configuration management and version control (e.g., Git)</li>
<li>Understanding of DoD cybersecurity requirements (RMF, STIG compliance)</li>
<li>Experience supporting contract transitions or knowledge transfer efforts</li>
</ul>

ASRC Federal Advanced Research LLC (AFAR) is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Enterprise-Information Display System (E-IDS) team that supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the William J. Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTCAA) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This is a full-time on-site position (no remote or hybrid work).
 
The FAA’s Enterprise Information Display System (E-IDS) is a modernized, enterprise-level platform and display developed in-house to replace multiple legacy Information Display Systems (IDSs) in over 500 air traffic control facilities. It provides static and real-time consolidated data to controllers, including weather, airport runway status/visibility, maps, and facility directives aimed at improving efficiency.

Data Networks, Inc (DNC), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal Holding Company, is currently recruiting for a Budget Analyst to support a federal government client located in Silver Spring, MD. The successful candidate will provide budget planning and execution support for a NESDIS OCFO. The candidate will be required to assist in creating and maintaining the spreadsheets, tools, forms, templates, and instructions to support various monthly and quarterly meetings. The candidate will be responsible for working with various branches to ensure that the new and existing financial processes are understood and implemented correctly. Integral to the role is the ability to analyze data to understand trends, forecast potential budget issues, and to plan and take corrective actions. The candidate will provide analyses, assessments, and recommendations relating to financial management activities, among other duties as assigned.
 
This is a hybrid/remote position.
 
The duties for this role include, but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee budget execution for a portfolio of NESDIS programs, assisting in the preparation and/or review of annual budget requests to the Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress.</li>
<li>Provide project management over the execution and performance of NOAA/NESDIS funding, and well as other legislation as assigned.</li>
<li>Apply standard project management practices to track cost, schedule, and scope of the activities funded, utilizing Gantt charts, SmartSheets, and Excel.</li>
<li>Review and track performance of funds against major milestones</li>
<li>Review reports provided by the budget execution team to monitor funds within NESDIS, as well as funds transferred to NESDIS from other NOAA Line Offices</li>
<li>Collaborate with NESDIS program offices to inquire about the timing and execution of funding.</li>
<li>Become adept at pulling reports from the NOAA financial systems, including the Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) and the Financial Management Data System (FMDS)</li>
<li>Summarize quantitative data for monthly commitment, obligation, and contract status reports as well as a variety of complex payment reports</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills:

<li>Experience with Oracle based financial systems.</li>
<li>Understanding of the federal budget process.</li>

ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking a Broadcast Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO.
 
Overview: 
On-site position. Responsible for providing 24/7/365 telephone or e-mail response to calls from remote users responding to general application inquiries, specific questions concerning the Global Broadcast Services (GBS) support equipment and reporting incidents and managing problems through resolution. The Broadcast Analyst will:
 
Answer calls and respond to emails
 
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
 
Research required information using available resources
 
Manage and resolve customer outages, requests and issues
 
Provide customers with product, service, and overall support information
 
Responsibilities: 
Act as the first line of troubleshooting involving incidents and problems for the Receive Broadcast Manager (RBM) equipment suite.
 
Perform basic satellite management services, provide initial maintenance of software and network services recording and tracking all shift activities through the Master Station Log (MSL).
 
Log all calls providing customers with product and service information supporting initial triage activities and identifying and escalating priority issues providing a warm handoff capability as required monitoring the various service levels and providing callback or escalation of open Remedy trouble tickets.
 
Handle all Remedy tickets to closure reporting to the U.S. Air Force customer of the initial and final disposition status including the time taken to resolve each issue
 
Assist in providing network engineering analysis of broadcast bandwidth requirements and distribution paths from source to remote field agents that utilize the GBS broadcasts.
 
Provide additional reporting on GBS system-health and coordination of system events as required.
 
Education/Experience: 
Bachelors Degree and zero to two years of relevant experience or additional experience in lieu of a degree
 
DoD 8570 certification (Security+).
 
Clearance Requirements: 
Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
