Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>MS in Library Science, Information Science, or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum two years of professional experience providing reference and research services, with preference given to scientific research settings or special libraries and a demonstrated commitment to public service</li>
<li>Minimum two years of professional experience crafting expert literature search strategies and conducting searches in scientific databases. Otherwise demonstrated science or technical subject knowledge (environmental, biomedical, chemical, etc.) and experience with commonly used research tools and databases in those fields (PubMed, Web of Science, etc.) may be considered.</li>
<li>Experience with reference managers (specifically EndNote) and other library tools (CMS, Alma, PrimoVE, etc.) and skills (cataloging, collection management SharePoint management).</li>
<li>Customer service skills and strong organizational skills with attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently and on teams, communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, prioritize and manage multiple on-going projects, quickly adapt to change, and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a government background investigation which requires Permanent Residency or US Citizenship</li>

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Deliver in-depth reference and research support services to EPA researchers and staff, including staffing of in-person and virtual reference services.</li>
<li>Conduct expert-level literature searches on scientific and non-scientific topics using free and subscription databases.</li>
<li>Contribute to other library programs and services including library instruction, marketing and outreach, knowledge management projects, or cataloging.</li>
<li>Participate in the development of innovative library services (research impact analysis, data visualization, systematic reviews, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other potential new areas of service).</li>
<li>Complete reporting duties, departmental statistics, and documentation as required by the contract and library operating procedures</li>

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Software Factory Engineer (with experience as a Fullstack Developer) to support a government contract located in DC metro area.

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the architecture, development, and operationalization of the 1DOT Digital Design System and its supporting platform capabilities. This includes supporting CI/CD pipelines, enabling integration of UX research into development workflows, and advancing a software factory model that promotes repeatability, efficiency, and quality.</li>
<li>While capable of contributing to fullstack development when needed, this role is primarily focused on:</li>
<li>Enabling delivery teams through shared tools, frameworks, and best practices</li>

Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in full stack development, with working knowledge of modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js), and the ability to contribute across the stack as needed.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience supporting or building software factory environments, including CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and platform engineering.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery in a scaled environment.</li>
<li>Experience enabling enterprise digital delivery, including integration across platforms such as Salesforce, Drupal, Dynamics, or similar systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby).</li>
<li>Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL).</li>
<li>Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.</li>
<li>Experience with design systems, reusable UI components, and accessibility standards (Section 508 / USWDS alignment) is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly within federal or regulated environments.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience/ Certifications
 <ul>
<li>Minimum of 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>
<li>Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent are preferred.</li>
<li>Certifications or training in DevSecOps, UX Design, Accessibility (Section 508), or Cloud Platforms are a plus.</li>

Data Networks, Inc (DNC), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal Holding Company, is currently recruiting for a Budget Analyst to support a federal government client located in Silver Spring, MD. The successful candidate will provide budget planning and execution support for a NESDIS OCFO. The candidate will be required to assist in creating and maintaining the spreadsheets, tools, forms, templates, and instructions to support various monthly and quarterly meetings. The candidate will be responsible for working with various branches to ensure that the new and existing financial processes are understood and implemented correctly. Integral to the role is the ability to analyze data to understand trends, forecast potential budget issues, and to plan and take corrective actions. The candidate will provide analyses, assessments, and recommendations relating to financial management activities, among other duties as assigned.
 
This is a hybrid/remote position.
 
The duties for this role include, but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee budget execution for a portfolio of NESDIS programs, assisting in the preparation and/or review of annual budget requests to the Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress.</li>
<li>Provide project management over the execution and performance of NOAA/NESDIS funding, and well as other legislation as assigned.</li>
<li>Apply standard project management practices to track cost, schedule, and scope of the activities funded, utilizing Gantt charts, SmartSheets, and Excel.</li>
<li>Review and track performance of funds against major milestones</li>
<li>Review reports provided by the budget execution team to monitor funds within NESDIS, as well as funds transferred to NESDIS from other NOAA Line Offices</li>
<li>Collaborate with NESDIS program offices to inquire about the timing and execution of funding.</li>
<li>Become adept at pulling reports from the NOAA financial systems, including the Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) and the Financial Management Data System (FMDS)</li>
<li>Summarize quantitative data for monthly commitment, obligation, and contract status reports as well as a variety of complex payment reports</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills: 
<ul>
<li>Experience with Oracle based financial systems.</li>
<li>Understanding of the federal budget process.</li>
<li>Ability to transform data and findings into concise, user-friendly spreadsheets and into PowerPoint presentations.</li>
<li>Excellent oral presentation skills with the ability to brief findings and materials to management.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively in group meetings, knowing when to speak up versus deferring to management</li>
<li>Work proactively to anticipate management’s questions and meet their needs before being asked</li>
<li>Sift through large amounts of data and reports to find answers to management’s questions in a timely manner</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills, including customer service skills, to properly manage customer expectations and respond to customer requests</li>

ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking a Broadcast Analyst in Colorado Springs, CO.
 
Overview: 
On-site position. Responsible for providing 24/7/365 telephone or e-mail response to calls from remote users responding to general application inquiries, specific questions concerning the Global Broadcast Services (GBS) support equipment and reporting incidents and managing problems through resolution. The Broadcast Analyst will:
 
Answer calls and respond to emails
 
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
 
Research required information using available resources
 
Manage and resolve customer outages, requests and issues
 
Provide customers with product, service, and overall support information
 
Responsibilities: 
Act as the first line of troubleshooting involving incidents and problems for the Receive Broadcast Manager (RBM) equipment suite.
 
Perform basic satellite management services, provide initial maintenance of software and network services recording and tracking all shift activities through the Master Station Log (MSL).
 
Log all calls providing customers with product and service information supporting initial triage activities and identifying and escalating priority issues providing a warm handoff capability as required monitoring the various service levels and providing callback or escalation of open Remedy trouble tickets.
 
Handle all Remedy tickets to closure reporting to the U.S. Air Force customer of the initial and final disposition status including the time taken to resolve each issue
 
Assist in providing network engineering analysis of broadcast bandwidth requirements and distribution paths from source to remote field agents that utilize the GBS broadcasts.
 
Provide additional reporting on GBS system-health and coordination of system events as required.
 
Education/Experience: 
Bachelors Degree and zero to two years of relevant experience or additional experience in lieu of a degree
 
DoD 8570 certification (Security+).
 
Clearance Requirements: 
Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
