This position is responsible for inspecting custom tools and gages to ensure they meet print and tolerance requirements before going to customers.This is a hands-on role in a shop environment. You&rsquo;ll be working directly with parts, prints, and inspection equipment daily.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Inspect finished custom tools and gages for accuracy and quality</li><li>Use measuring and inspection equipment, including:</li><li>Calipers</li><li>Micrometers</li><li>Height gages</li><li>Optical comparator</li><li>Surface plate, pin gages, and thread gages</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances</li><li>Verify parts meet specifications before shipment</li><li>Record and document inspection results</li><li>Work with production to address and correct any quality issues</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Ability to read and understand blueprints</li><li>Experience using calipers and micrometers</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Reliable and consistent attendance</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>Prior inspection or quality control experience</li><li>Manufacturing or machining background</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>7:30 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM</li><li>No weekends</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Paid holidays</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Stable, full-time position with consistent hours</li><li>Clean, organized shop environment</li><li>Work on custom, made-to-order parts (not repetitive production work)</li><li>Small team environment</li></ul>Apply TodayIf you take pride in accuracy and doing things right the first time, we&rsquo;d like to hear from you.Pay: $24.01 - $28.91 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
