OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the manufacturing, industrial, energy, utility, municipal, and facility management sectors. Our services help clients improve operational efficiency, strengthen maintenance programs, and build accurate Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) databases. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional collaborations, leverage innovative marketing strategies, and close impactful deals that propel our organization forward.Duties<ul><li>Develop new business opportunities within industrial markets.</li><li>Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic relationship development.</li><li>Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship management techniques.</li><li>Lead negotiations and close high-value deals by applying strong sales negotiation skills and strategic deal-closing tactics.</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend solutions related to asset inventories, asset data collection, asset management, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) initiatives.</li><li>Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from business development to project execution.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in business development management, B2B sales, or industrial sales with a strong track record of expanding client bases.</li><li>Knowledge of manufacturing, industrial operations, maintenance, reliability, or asset management.</li><li>Excellent skills in sales negotiation, deal closing, and strategic planning to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients at all levels and managing complex negotiations.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Professional, organized, results-oriented, and capable of developing strategic business relationships that support organizational growth.</li></ul>Join us as a Business Development Manager if you are passionate about driving growth through innovative strategies, building meaningful client relationships, and leading impactful negotiations!
