Asset Preservation is hiring a Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and support day-to-day office flow. This role is client-facing, fast-moving, and especially critical during tax season. If you can juggle tasks, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors with a professional, welcoming demeanor</li><li>Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls</li><li>Manage calendars and schedule client appointments</li><li>Scan and process incoming client documents</li><li>Receive, distribute, and send outgoing mail</li><li>Maintain reception area, including stocking drinks and snacks</li><li>Support administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information</li><li>Multitask effectively in a high-volume environment</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Standard business hours outside of tax season</li><li>Tax season hours vary and will require some late nights</li></ul>(Flexibility is required; this is not a clock-watcher's role)Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred</li><li>Experience in the Financial Industry</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational skills</li><li>Calm, professional demeanor under pressure</li><li>&ldquo;Ready to help&rdquo; attitude with strong customer service instincts</li><li>Proficiency with office tools (Outlook, calendars, Office 365, scanners, basic software)</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Executive administrative support: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Phone etiquette: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Calendar management: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Financial services: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Peoria, AZ 85382 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
