Required Male candidate graduated in Diploma/Btech -Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience in high-rise building construction. Immediate joiners preferred.KRA as given below:<ul><li>Implement and monitor the company&rsquo;s Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections and quality checks for MEP installations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and ELV systems.</li><li>Verify that all MEP works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and relevant codes and standards </li><li>Inspect materials upon delivery to ensure conformity with approved material submittals and specifications.</li><li>Review and maintain MEP quality documentation including inspection checklists, test reports, calibration certificates, material approvals, and QA/QC logs.</li><li>Conduct internal MEP quality audits, prepare audit observation reports.</li><li>Monitor installation testing and commissioning activities such as insulation resistance tests, pressure tests, and functional performance tests.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality compliance and timely resolution of non-conformities.</li><li>Identify, record, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs); ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.</li><li>Assist in preparing and reviewing Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and checklists for all MEP systems.</li><li>Liaise with consultants and clients for inspection requests, work approvals, and quality documentation submissions.</li><li>Promote a strong quality culture by ensuring best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement in all MEP-related site activities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

QC Engineer- MEP

A Male candidate who is qualified in Diploma in Fire &amp; Safety Engineering / NEBOSH with 1-2 years in Civil Construction field is required. Immediate joiners preferred. Key responsibilities as given below:<ul><li>Implement and monitor the company&rsquo;s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at project sites.</li><li>Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify unsafe acts or conditions and ensure timely corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers and staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client HSE requirements.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation including incident reports, inspection checklists, PPE issuance logs, and training registers.</li><li>Investigate and report near misses, incidents, and accidents; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.</li><li>Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and ensure the readiness of fire fighting and first-aid equipment.</li><li>Prepare audit observation reports and provide timely responses to internal audit findings.</li><li>Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement in HSE performance at the site.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
