 Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and principles

 Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and projects

 Jira proficiency, including backlog management and querying
 </li>

 Ability to remove impediments and escalate issues effectively

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in technical or business field
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of Agile/Scrum Master or project development experience, particularly in financial services or wealth management
 </li>

 Experience facilitating multiple teams in a fast-paced environment

 </ul>
 
 Other Requirements

 Flexible work schedule with a hybrid office model (ideally 2&ndash;3 days onsite)
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to support ongoing process improvements and potentially work on future roles

 Certifications such as Scrum Master certifications are a plus, not mandatory
