 Key Responsibilities

 Identify and target prospects through diverse sales channels.
 </li>

 Generating sales leads with new clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain business relationships with prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver engaging proposals and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute high-volume outbound activity: cold calls, personalized emails, client visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to build and maintain relationships with them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working towards achieving the sales target.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate within teams to achieve better results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales reporting and reviewing performance.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3 of experience in Insurance or brokerage companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong natural negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible and ethical.
 </li>
