Candidate must live in Wisconsin to qualify.Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will live in Northeast Wisconsin and will possess 3-5 years of experience in field adjusting property claims and Xactimate utilization. Strong attention to detail and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.Duties<ul><li>Make initial contact with the claimant to schedule the inspection.</li><li>Perform thorough inspection, utilizing all technology and tools needed to do so thoroughly and safely.</li><li>Compile a photo report with captions.</li><li>Read and understand coverage documents.</li><li>Negotiate with contractors, as needed, to come to estimate agreements.</li><li>Provide a written report with supporting documents to the administrative team for proofing, which will include estimates and a payment recommendation, based on the policy information.</li><li>Utilize FileTrac to maintain organized claim files and documentation.</li><li>Perform any supplemental inspections or work requested by the client.</li><li>Utilize effective time-management skills to meet all assignment deadlines.</li><li>Embrace effective organizational skills to manage multiple claims at a time.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to the client, their insured, and any contractors or other parties involved in the claim.</li><li>Represent Associated Claim Service, Inc., per our Mission Statement.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in field property claims and Xactimate usage</li><li>Experience reading and interpreting policy</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Exceptional time management skills</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Proficient in the Xactimate estimating platform and Microsoft Office Suites</li></ul>Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: On the road
