<b>Responsibilities (including but not limited to):</b></div>
<ul><li>Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone</li>
<li>Support providers, staff, visitors, and clients</li>
<li>Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality of all providers, staff, and client information</li>
<li>Schedule appointments between providers and clients</li>
<li>Collect payments (co-pay)</li>
</ul><div><b>Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>High School Education</li>
<li>Basic medical terminology training and keyboarding skills</li>
<li>Previous clerical experience in a medical or clinic setting, including online scheduling and EMR experience</li>
<li>Ability to accurately schedule appointments and interpret provider orders and instructions</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Prioritization and data entry skills</li>
<li>Flexible with assignments and able to perform front desk functions, including solid multi-tasking, interpersonal, customer service, and critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Dependable team player with reliable transportation</li>
