Job description- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties- Provide clerical and administrative support to Senior HR- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, etc.)- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activitiesMale candidate Preferred QualificationDegree in Human Resources or related fieldPreferred IndustryManufacturing/EngineeringJob LocationAmbernathPreferred RegionNear by LocationJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Amarnath, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Amarnath, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
