 Job Summary
 
 
 
 As a PreK Teacher at Future Generation, you&rsquo;ll help care for little ones. You&rsquo;ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Document learning experience through displays and pictures
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains a safe, interactive educational environment for all children in the classroom.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a Pre-Kindergarten environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents
 </li>
 <li>
 Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality
 </li>
 <li>
 Shows initiative, strong work ethic
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with High Scope Curriculum a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 High school diploma
