AT, Association Technologies, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (approximately 24-30 hours per week) to join our team. As part of an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP), you'll be exposed to a wide range of technologies, industries, and customer needs. What is the Opportunity?
You would be providing general office support to customers and the team in a variety of areas as follows:<ul><li>
Assist with monthly billing activities and the Accounts Receivable process</li><li>
Coordinate with consulting staff to monitor and track support requests</li><li>
Support the ordering and shipping of hardware and software for both the company and clients</li><li>
Assist with clients onboarding, including new users, clients, and equipment</li><li>
Update the company website and social media channels with news items and other articles</li><li>
Collaborate with the sales and management teams on marketing initiatives
</li><li>Plan and organize company events
</li><li>Send communications to clients</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Hourly pay range $21.00 - $27.00 depending on experience.</li><li>

What qualifications and abilities are needed?
<ul><li>High-School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Two plus years' experience in an administrative support role</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft office</li><li>
Experience working with CRM systems</li><li>
Positive, can-do attitude</li><li>
Desire to learn and grow professionally</li><li>
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and staff</li></ul>
Nice to Have Skills<ul><li>
Experience with ConnectWise PSA (Professional Services Automation) System</li></ul>
