About the Role:</h2>
We&rsquo;re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Director of Demand Generation to play a pivotal role in Assort&rsquo;s next phase of growth. This role is about building a repeatable, data-driven engine that connects our mission and product to healthcare leaders who are actively looking for a better way to serve patients.
In close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership, you&rsquo;ll design and run multi-channel, account-based campaigns that engage key decision-makers, nurture demand, and convert interest into qualified opportunities. This is a builder role for a data-driven marketer who thrives in high-growth environments, brings both creativity and analytical rigor to their work, and is motivated by delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you&rsquo;ll do:</h2><ul><li>
Own pipeline targets: Be accountable for driving qualified pipeline and revenue through scalable, measurable demand programs across enterprise and mid-market health systems.</li><li>
Build and run account-based campaigns: Design and execute highly targeted ABM campaigns that reach healthcare executives, operators, and access leaders across paid media, email marketing, sponsored content, social media, events, and our website.</li><li>
Lead paid and organic growth with clear ROI: Own paid search, paid social (especially LinkedIn), SEO/GEO, content syndication, and industry partnerships. Work closely with external agencies to continuously test, learn, and optimize for pipeline quality&mdash;not vanity metrics.</li><li>
Create strong nurture and conversion paths: Own email marketing and lead nurturing programs that educate buyers, build trust, and move prospects efficiently from interest to opportunity.</li><li>
Measure what matters: Define clear success metrics for campaigns, prioritizing lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. Develop a deep understanding of funnel performance and use data to drive prioritization, A/B testing, and continuous optimization. Regularly communicate what&rsquo;s working, what isn&rsquo;t, and where to focus next.</li><li>
Partner closely with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with Sales and BDR leadership on targeting, messaging, lead handoff, scoring, and feedback loops. Pipeline is a shared responsibility, and you&rsquo;ll help make that collaboration seamless.</li><li>
Shape messaging with the team: Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Creative to build assets that clearly communicate Assort&rsquo;s value, resonate with key decision-makers, and drive engagement across the buyer&rsquo;s journey.</li><li>
Help us stay ahead: Bring new ideas, channels, and best practices to the table as the healthcare AI landscape evolves&mdash;and help Assort continue to lead it.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we&rsquo;re looking for:</h2><ul><li>
5&ndash;8+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS environments (healthcare technology experience is a big plus)</li><li>
2&ndash;3 years of experience leading and developing teams</li><li>
Experience growing a database organically through multiple channels</li><li>
A proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue by generating qualified leads for BDRs through highly targeted campaigns</li><li>
Experience implementing effective sales enablement processes to maximize the reach and impact of demand generation campaigns</li><li>
Experience building demand engines from early stages and scaling them as the company grows</li><li>
Strong Sales partnership experience, including lead management and scoring, enablement, and feedback loops</li><li>
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Google Analytics, and paid media platforms</li><li>
A strong analytical mindset&mdash;you&rsquo;re comfortable making decisions with data and running experiments</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail</li><li>
A strong drive, work ethic, and results-driven operating style</li><li>
