Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 1&ndash;3 years of experience to manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting systems and be capable of handling tasks with moderate supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Ledger (GL) ManagementMaintain and update the general ledger on a daily basisPrepare and post journal entries with proper supporting documentsReview transactions for accuracy and completenessAssist in maintaining chart of accountsReconciliationPerform bank and account reconciliations regularlyIdentify and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerMonitor account balances and flag unusual variancesAccounts Payable &amp; ReceivableProcess invoices, payments, and receiptsTrack outstanding receivables and follow up when requiredEnsure proper recording of payables and receivablesFinancial ReportingAssist in preparing monthly financial reports (P&amp;L, balance sheet)Support month-end closing activitiesHelp analyze basic financial data and trendsCompliance &amp; DocumentationEnsure all accounting records are properly maintained and filedFollow company accounting policies and proceduresSupport audit preparation by organizing required documentsOther ResponsibilitiesAssist with VAT/tax documentation and filingsSupport senior accountants in financial analysis and reportingUse accounting software for data entry and reportingQualifications &amp; RequirementsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1&ndash;3 years of relevant accounting experienceGood understanding of general ledger and accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similarStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsKey SkillsGeneral ledger managementReconciliation skillsFinancial reporting basicsTime managementAnalytical thinkingCommunication skillsSalary RangeAED4000- 5000Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Manager: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>ACCA/CPA/ or CMA (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
