 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the
 
 product vision and roadmap
 
 for Salesforce-based platforms and tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the
 
 end-to-end product lifecycle
 
 , from discovery and prioritization to launch and optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business needs into
 
 clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with
 
 Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts, and operations teams
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize backlog and support
 
 Agile / Scrum ceremonies
 
 (planning, grooming, reviews)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Salesforce solutions align with
 
 business goals, scalability, and performance needs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze KPIs, user feedback, and operational data to drive continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders across
 
 operations, commercial, marketing, and support teams
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct market and competitor analysis within the
 
 food delivery and on-demand ecosystem
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the key product owner for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 5+ years of experience
 
 as a Product Manager in
 
 tech-driven environments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms
 
 (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce solutions)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior exposure to
 
 food delivery, marketplace, e-commerce, or on-demand platforms
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent Arabic speaker
 
 (mandatory)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of
 
 Agile product development
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work closely with
 
 technical Salesforce teams
 
 without being hands-on coding
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 business and commercial acumen
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 startup or scale-up environments
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
