 Purpose & Scope
 
As the Specialist, Key Account you will be reporting directly to the Oncology Team Lead and be responsible for the achievement across Greater Cairo including other territories whilst managing the Oncology portfolio.
 Role and Responsibilities
 
Increase brand awareness of the company’ products, conduct product availability and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers.
 Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done.
 Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high impact collaboration in place.
 Maintain superior product and disease knowledge.
 Collaborate with cross functional teams when required.
 Conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner.
 Required Qualifications
 
Proven experience in a similar role with a global pharmaceutical organization in Egypt.
 Good written & verbal communication skills
 Experience with CRM & Veeva systems
 Strong negotiation and organization skills.
 Collaborative & Proactive in nature
 Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent
 Preferred Qualifications
 
Knowledge and experience in Oncology or specialty would be highly desirable.
 Ability to travel independently and frequently.

Purpose and Scope: 
 
 
The Global Forecasting and Market Research Expert plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality insights to support decision-making at Astellas. Reporting to the Global Brand &amp; Pipeline Insights Chapter Lead within the Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) team, this position is will be responsible for developing and maintaining an accurate view of the Global market conditions for the assigned product(s) and TAs, providing primary and secondary market research, forecasting inputs and competitive intelligence. This position is also responsible for supporting launch preparations and maintaining an accurate picture of assigned product performance globally along with the risks and opportunities. Operating within an Agile model, the Lead will be assigned to a Value Team under the Brand@Center model.

The Chapter Member receives capability and skillset development under the guidance of the Chapter Lead, who provides coaching and mentoring within the Agile model.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Value Team Delivery:
<ul><li>Deliver day-to-day tasks and responsibilities as defined by the Value Team&rsquo;s mandate based on business objectives

</li><li>Apply expertise to address and resolve specific business challenges identified by the Value Team, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes as defined by the objectives
</li><li>Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to accomplish prioritized objectives and deliverables

<ul><li>Execute advanced analytics (e.g., segmentation, adherence, HCP network analysis, patient flows) to identify opportunities, drive brand/pipeline strategies, and inform investment decisions.
</li><li>Provide actionable, context-based insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
</li><li>Identify, standardize, and automate integration of critical reporting metrics and modeling tools to address brand/asset-specific needs and improve speed to insight.
</li><li>Manage projects to achieve timelines and deliverables
</li><li>Develop, define and deliver prioritized ad hoc analysis as needed to support evolving business requirements and to provide timely business insights.

</li><li>Maintain proficiency among data systems, programs, and software resources (e.g., AWS Redshift, Databricks, SQL, Python), to ensure optimal and efficient achievement of department objectives.
</li><li>Develop comprehensive understanding of various data sources, including HCP and consumer promotion data, as well as their appropriate applications, to facilitate rigorous analytic process design and reliable business insights generation.

 <div>Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in data science, Statistics, or Computer Science or other analytics-related field
</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics with proven experience in managing projects of increasing size and complexity.
</li><li>Familiarity and understanding of coding languages (e.g. SQL, Python is preferred).
</li><li>Working knowledge of various statistical modelling techniques and their application within complex analytical projects, e.g., regression modelling, ROI, natural language processing, machine learning, etc.
</li><li>Ability to interpret data in the context of brand/asset and commercial objectives.
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
</li><li>Pharmaceutical industry experience.
</li><li>Working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources, e.g., JMDC, MDV.

Purpose and Scope: 
The Lead, Reporting and Analytics plays a critical role in providing valuable strategic direction and leadership across the Global Reporting Portfolio. This role will own a key field management reporting platform and its evolution into the future to drive global and regional reporting alignment. This role will deliver a critical connection point between Global Reporting and end delivery into Regional and Affiliate leadership 
This position will work collaboratively with partners such as global/regional commercial &amp; Medical brand teams/marketing, global/regional Commercial Insights teams, the Data Strategy team, Omnichannel Strategy &amp; Operations, and Information Systems team and will contribute to data/metrics harmonization and insights sharing. 
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
<ul><li>Lead the Compass reporting portfolio in Europe as the accountable business owner. Maintain existing solutions and proactively grow the reporting footprint to new areas (Eg Market access)
</li><li>Plan and lead execution of all field reporting deployments, enhancements, Incidents and Change requests effectively to the organization and global expansion
</li><li>Lead the Business in ensuring all interdependencies of Source system changes (DW, VEEVA, BPC) are fully planned and managed across commercial divisions to ensure known impact to the reporting portfolio
</li><li>Be an accountable Business owner for the Data warehouse environments evolution and development
</li><li>Lead a program of reporting solution enhancements from MVP (Minimum viable product) to full Product via effective release management and CAB&rsquo;s (Change advisory boards)
</li><li>Establish and implement a business governance framework to protect the regional/ Global approaches and requirements to ensure a sustainable solution via business reporting communities
</li><li>Drive and own business adoption of the global and regional reporting solutions
</li><li>Manage and prioritise Incidents on behalf of the Business to ensure tickets raised are prioritized correctly working closely with IS colleagues
</li><li>Work closely with the Global and Commercial Division Commercial Insights leads, Omnichannel Strategy &amp; Operations team, Global Brand Directors, Affiliate Brand Managers and OPEX Leadership to deliver reporting dashboards for performance assessment and opportunities discovery, to support, and to assess emerging business needs/reporting requirements.
