The Opportunity: 
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Key Account Associate to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Reporting into the Business Lead for KSA, you will be responsible for the sales performance of the Astellas Oncology portfolio through effective territory management, expert disease area and product knowledge and through the building of strong relationships with HCPs and payer organisations.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

<li>Must be a Saudi National. • Proven MNC experience in Pharmaceutical industry in direct field sales experience with demonstrated ability to launch new therapies • Experience in Oncology / Rare diseases therapy area will be highly preferred. • Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken. • Extensive user knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) • Ability to influence and work effectively within a matrix and multi-cultural environment</li>

Purpose and Scope:

QMS and PV Compliance Manager

<div>Purpose and Scope: 
Lead the planning and execution of Supply process development strategic projects. Actively identify and pursue optimizations and improvements across the (global) supply chain network. 
Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
<ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of Supply process development strategic projects through to completion and/or hand-off to BAU, following Astellas processes, methodologies, and templates.
</li><li>Lead specific projects and manage matrix project teams, coaching and developing to increase divisional project/change management capability.
</li><li>Take a project portfolio view on all projects/changes in the pipeline, liaising with key stakeholders, identifying resource requirement and business impact, and preparing a projects roadmap for the Head of SPD and SCM Leadership team to review.
</li><li>Look for opportunities to streamline reporting and division-wide communication and collaboration to drive value and engagement across the organization.

Process Lead SCM Supply Process Development

About This Job: 
As the Brand Lead, Opthalmology you will be reporting directly to the Head, Speciality Turkey. This is an individual contributor role where you will develop commercial strategies and tactics aligned with global brand strategy, adapted to local market insights, ensuring those plans are implemented to reach mid to long-term affiliate targets.

Key Activities: 
Lead strategic and tactical development of brand plan based on the analysis and research of market data, to drive awareness of targeted disease and product, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the market.
 Lead and conduct regular market analysis, and market research where needed, develop deep understanding on business dynamics, track competitive environment, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategy to maximize brand potential.
 Generating tactical plan in line with the brand strategy, execute all marketing activities by following the planning steps, tracking the progress including budget management and ROI, and making necessary adjustment to the plan of action also work collaborate with cross-functional aligned with Brand Charter.
 Champion the brand through an expertise in all aspects of the brand, providing direct in field interaction and be leader and arrange the material for sales team to engage HCPs and related stakeholders with omni-channel for effective customer interaction aligned to product positioning and differentiation strategy for new launch.
 Organize and attend meetings with KOLs to offer credible advice and guidance and visit customers as a brand lead with sales team to support the customer value creation and generate upward momentum of product since launching.
 Partner with Regional marketing teams to understand global/regional strategies and adapting to local.
 
Essential Knowledge & Experience: 
Proven experience as a brand lead having worked with a global pharmaceutical organization in Turkey.
 Experience within Ophthalmology is mandatory.
 Must have product launch experience within the pharma industry.
 Good understanding and experience of pharmaceutical market brand marketing within Turkey.
 Demonstrated ability to be a high level contributor or leader of multiple projects, processes or functions.
 Fully fluent in written and verbal English.
 
Preferred Knowledge & Experience: 
A good understanding of the dynamics of a large corporate environment; comfortable with matrix reporting lines.
 A self starter with demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making skills.
 
Educations/Qualifications: 
MBA / advanced degree preferred or equivalent.
 
Additional information: 
This is a Permanent Full-time position.
 This position is based in Istanbul / Türkiye. 20% field visit is expected in line with your role requirements.
 This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a flexible blend of home and office work in line with business needs.

The Opportunity: 
As the Specialist, Sales you will be reporting directly to the Sales Lead and be responsible for regional sales achievement across four major cities in Egypt including – Sohag, Qena, Luxor and Aswan, whilst managing the Urology portfolio.
 
Key Activities: 
Conduct pharmaceutical sales for the company and meet the sales targets
 Increase brand awareness and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers.
 Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the medical product sales.
 Meet pharmaceutical sales targets, negotiate contracts, review pharmaceutical sales job performance, and draft reports on the same.
 Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high impact sales calls.
 Maintain superior product and disease knowledge.
 Collaborate with cross functional teams when required.
 Conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner.
 
Essential Knowledge & Experience: 
Proven experience within pharmaceutical sales having worked with a global pharmaceutical organization.
 Good written & verbal communication skills
 Experience with CRM & Veeva systems
 Strong negotiation and organization skills.
 Collaborative & Proactive in nature
 Must have own car.
 
Preferred Experience: 
Knowledge and experience in Urology would be highly desirable.
 Ability to work independently.
 
Education: 
Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent.

 Candidates should be based in Sohag, Egypt.
 This position is field based in Sohag, Egypt with frequent travel across Qena, Luxor and Aswan. Flexibility may be required in line with business need.
