We&rsquo;re on the lookout for a Manufacturing Engineer who&rsquo;s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, dig into the details, and bring fresh ideas to the manufacturing floor. We are a vertically integrated facility which performs all steps of the manufacturing process from processing raw materials through final assembly.<br>

This is a full-time, year-round, onsite position. You&rsquo;ll be the go-to for making our processes efficient, reliable, and safe. Position responsibilities include and are not limited to:</div>
<ul><li>Work side-by-side with the production team to troubleshoot challenges and support production on existing and new products</li>
<li>Keep an eye on quality&mdash;because &quot;good enough&quot; isn&rsquo;t in your vocabulary</li>
<li>Champion continuous improvement projects that save time, reduce waste, and make our team thrive</li>
<li>Selecting, installing, and new manufacturing methods and equipment</li>
<li>Design and implement manufacturing tooling to aid fabrication, welding, and inspection</li>
<li>Create and maintain CAD models with associated specifications</li>
<li>Monitor and help develop Health and Safety programs in accordance with OSHA/MIOSHA requirements for manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Develop and implement clear process documentation with an emphasis on expanded quality and safety programs specifically tailored for the new manufacturing processes</li>
<li>Work with our manufacturing customers on troubleshooting and quality design</li>
</ul><div>You&rsquo;ll be successful in this role if -</div>
<ul><li>You meet the requirement of having a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and have at least 5 years of prior work experience in a manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Have prior mechanical, fabrication, assembly, and tooling experience</li>
<li>Are a problem-solver who sees opportunity in every challenge</li>
<li>You have strong communication skills&mdash;because engineers who explain things clearly are heroes and a strong focus is solving problems for our customers</li>
<li>Are certified or have strong familiarity with Six Sigma, lean or similar processes</li>
