 The Retail Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all retail outlets by maintaining accurate reporting, compliance documentation, communication flow, and administrative trackers. The role acts as a central point of coordination between retail teams, head office functions, and external stakeholders to support productivity, compliance, and business continuity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Operational Support &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain the Daily Sales Report (DSR) and support daily MIS reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor store CCTVs regularly to highlight gaps and recommend actions for improving staff productivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update daily operational trackers to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, maintain follow-up trackers, and ensure timely closure of pending actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support store opening and closing checklists to ensure compliance with company standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Compliance &amp; Licensing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and maintain up-to-date records for:
 </li>
 <li>
 Civil Defence Certificates
 </li>
 <li>
 Store Licenses
 </li>
 <li>
 VAT Certificates
 </li>
 <li>
 Baladiya Licenses
 </li>
 <li>
 Ministry of Health (MOH) / Ministry of Labor (MOL) documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely renewal of all certificates, licenses, and legal requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Lease &amp; Property Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain trackers for lease renewals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in coordinating with landlords and property management for renewals and related documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Retail Operations Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facilitate effective communication between Retail, HR, and Finance teams at the office level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain weekly staff rotas to ensure proper workforce planning and scheduling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and record promotional activities across stores, ensuring proper execution and documentation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2 years of experience in retail operations, coordination, or administrative support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills to liaise between internal teams and external parties.
 </li>

 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The Public Relations &amp; Communication Coordinator will support the development and execution of communication strategies that strengthen Asteri Beauty&rsquo;s brand presence in the market. This role involves handling media relations, managing PR campaigns, coordinating influencer collaborations, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all internal and external platforms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Public Relations &amp; Media
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and media visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain relationships with beauty editors, journalists, bloggers, and key media outlets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and analyze media coverage, preparing regular PR reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Communications &amp; Branding
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in creating content for press releases, newsletters, speeches, and corporate announcements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal communication activities to keep employees engaged and aligned with brand values.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor industry trends, competitors, and media activity to identify opportunities.
 </li>

 Influencer &amp; Community Engagement

 Collaborate with influencers , brand ambassadors, and partners to amplify brand campaigns.

 <li>
 Manage PR packages, product seeding, and gifting to influences and media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support event planning, product launches, and sponsorship to boost brand visibility.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Digital &amp; Social Media Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in managing PR-related content on digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the social media team to amplify PR campaigns across online channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor customer and community sentiment and provide insights for brand communication improvements.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Only Saudi candidates are encourage to apply due to Saudization rules.

 <li>
 At least 1 year of experience in PR, communications, or marketing (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
 </li>

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 </li>
