<ul><li>Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Tasheel, Amer, Typing Centers, and Free Zone Authorities</li><li>Process employment visas, entry permits, status changes, medical tests, Emirates ID, visa stamping, renewals, and cancellations</li><li>Handle labour cards, work permits, employment contract submissions, renewals, and amendments</li><li>Coordinate trade license renewals, establishment card renewals, and chamber of commerce documentation</li><li>Manage notarization, attestation, and legal translation of company and employee documents</li><li>Act as the company representative with government departments and service providers</li><li>Follow up on approvals, rejections, fines, and compliance issues</li><li>Maintain effective working relationships with relevant authorities</li><li>Maintain accurate visa trackers, expiry reports, receipts, and government records</li><li>Ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties and legal issues</li><li>Stay updated on UAE labour laws, immigration rules, and regulatory changes</li><li>Report compliance risks or changes to management</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English Language is Mandatory</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month</p>
