Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a civil engineering background and Gulf experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for civil, interior, and fit-out projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documents. The candidate should be familiar with GCC construction standards, materials, and pricing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.</li><li>Analyze project requirements and determine quantities, materials, labor, and equipment costs.</li><li>Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors and evaluate their pricing.</li><li>Prepare and submit competitive tenders, proposals, and cost breakdowns.</li><li>Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.</li><li>Update and maintain a database of material and labor rates.</li><li>Participate in project handover meetings and support the team during project execution.</li><li>Stay up to date with market trends, new materials, and construction methods in the Gulf region.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as an Estimator in the Gulf region (UAE, Qatar, Oman, etc.).</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil, interior, and fit-out works estimation.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, or similar).</li><li>Excellent analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with GCC tendering procedures and local pricing standards.</li><li>Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract estimation.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in cost analysis.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Salary based on experience and qualifications.</li><li>Health insurance and other company benefits.</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
