Position Summary:</b><br>
The Financial Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across corporate, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales functions. This role partners closely with finance leadership and cross-functional operations teams to deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making, cost control, and profitability.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Essential Functions</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including gathering inputs from cross-functional teams and building consolidated financial models</li><li>
Update and maintain financial models for revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating expenses</li><li>
Maintain and prepare daily and weekly cash forecasts</li><li>
Support the monthly close process<ul><li>
Make journal entries and accruals as necessary</li><li>
Prepare variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods</li></ul></li><li>
Analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor &amp; overhead</li><li>
Perform operational analysis related to manufacturing performance and cost trends</li><li>
Assist in pricing analysis, including margin analysis, by sku, customer and department</li><li>
Administer sales tax compliance and reporting through Avalara</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Reporting &amp; Business Insights</b></div><ul><li>
Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package and management dashboards</li><li>
Develop and maintain reports focused on:<ul><li>
Product profitability</li><li>
Customer margin analysis</li><li>
Production efficiency metrics</li></ul></li><li>
Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for finance leadership and operational teams</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Data &amp; Systems</b></div><ul><li>
Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and analytical dashboards</li><li>
Extract and analyze financial and operational data from internal systems</li><li>
Support continuous improvement of data accuracy, reporting processes, and analytical tools</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>

Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li><li>
0&ndash;2 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or analytics</li><li>
Relevant internships in corporate finance, manufacturing finance, or consulting are a plus</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling)</li><li>
Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools is a plus</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
