Job brief We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class B CDL Driver to handle long-distance and regional deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate Class B commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes</li><li>Transport materials safely and deliver on schedule</li><li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections</li><li>Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of cargo</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation</li><li>Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers</li><li>Report any vehicle issues, delays, or incidents promptly</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Class B Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL)</li><li>Clean driving record and current DOT medical card</li><li>Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (preferred)</li><li>Ability to travel long distances and stay overnight as needed</li><li>Strong knowledge of safety regulations and road laws</li><li>Ability to lift/move heavy materials if required</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Long trips with possible overnight stays</li><li>Flexible schedule based on delivery routes</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Company truck</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Shift:<ul><li>Day shift</li></ul>Work Days:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Linden, NJ 07036 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
