We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Representative &ndash; Truck Dispatch Campaign to join our growing team. This role focuses on generating new business by reaching out to owner-operators and trucking companies across the USA and onboarding them to our dispatch services. It is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who are confident in sales and performance-based environments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Cold calling owner-operators and trucking companies in the USA</li><li>Presenting and selling truck dispatch services</li><li>Building and maintaining strong client relationships</li><li>Negotiating service agreements and closing deals</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups</li><li>Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets</li><li>Coordinating with dispatch team after successful onboarding</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: 40,000 &ndash; 60,000 PKR per month</li><li>Commission: (Upto 15K each active sale)</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in sales, call center, or truck dispatch (preferred)</li><li>Strong English communication skills (Required)</li><li>Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic understanding of USA trucking industry is a plus</li><li>Willingness to work onsite</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site &ndash; Faisal Town / Johar Town, Lahore Language: English (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to do onsite job?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
