<div>Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you&rsquo;ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Flexible hours, PT.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting</li><li>
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA</li><li>
Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior</li><li>
Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members</li><li>
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required</li><li>
Maintain professional, respectful communication with families</li><li>
Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>
Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential</li></ul>
